Control of Linear Parameter Varying (LPV) Systems, due to their power in modeling many real world systems sufficiently, has drawn a significant attention in recent years. A considerable amount of work has been done on robust and optimal control of LPV systems. In this paper we consider the problem of optimal output feedback controller synthesis for LPV systems via a set of linear matrix inequalities and receding horizon techniques. The resulting controllers are guaranteed to stabilize the plant and minimize a cost function that gives a bound on the worst-case mathcal{H}_2 norm.
