Summer Camps 2011
The Institute for Computing Education (ICE) is offering 2 weeks for high school students (rising 9th-12th), 2 weeks for middle school students (rising 6th-8th) and 4 weeks for elementary school students (rising 4th - 6th). The camps all start at 9:00am and end at 3:00pm. On Fridays we have a parent show from 2pm - 3pm. We do some recreation with the students each week such as visit the pool one afternoon. We provide lunch and a t-shirt. The materials that we use in our summer camps are at Materials for Computing Summer Camps.

We had 145 students attend one or more of our computing summer camps (total of 181 students with 36 attending more than one week). It was 31% female (45) and 69% (100) male. It was 40% Black (59), 30% white (44), 11% Asian students (16), 17% other (25), and 1 Hispanic students.
