  • Short (3-4 hour) workshops for students

  • ICE Programs and the Girl Scout Council of Greater Atlanta have been working together since 2005. We hold 3-4 hour workshops with the Girls Scouts that use LEGO Mindstorms NXT robots, LEGO WeDo kits, PicoCrickets, Scratch, Pleo robots, IPRE (Scribbler) robots, Media Computation in Python, and/or Alice. We also run 1 hour workshops during the Dad and Me, and Mom and Me weekends. A Dad and Me weekend is when Dad's go camping with their daughters. A Mom and Me weekend is when Mom's go camping with their daughters. We also train camp conselors to teach LEGO NXT robots, PicoCrickets, and Scratch during the Girl Scout summer camps.
