Before each workshop

1. Set up signs across from the parking lot, near the College of Computing Building, and near workshop location
2. Move laptops and any needed supplies to the event room. Plug in the laptops and sign-in. Set-up wireless and go to the url for the pre survey.
3. Bring camera for pictures and check if it needs batteries.
