For each paper that requires a summary, write a paragraph or two that
answers the following questions:

- What's the problem the paper addresses?
- Why is the problem important?
- What solution does the paper propose?
- Does the solution work, and if so, how well?
- Identify a drawback or limitation and how you might improve it?

E-mail the summary to the instructor (prabal@eecs) as a simple text
e-mail (no attachments) at least two hours before the start of class.
