EECS 215 Asynchronous Lecture Segments (FA20)

The link below will take you to a spreadsheet with suggested reading, videos, and lecture slides for a self-paced course on linear circuit analysis. The presentation is primarily based on the text Circuit Analysis and Design by Ulaby, Maharbiz and Furse as well as my own original material. These should be open resources (for viewing). Please report any links that do not work to me. If you find this material useful or have other comments, please send me a message at fredty@umich.edu and include "EECS215FA20 Recordings" in the subject line. These materials are for personal educational purposes only. Any commerical use would constitute violation of copyright laws. Any university faculty or other educators interested in broader use of my materials are encouraged to contact me.

The next links are from in-person classes in fall 2021 making use of the above recordings in a "flipped" classroom fashion. The most useful thing to do is view the prior recordings and then jump forward in these live recording to the examples. Of course, you can use these as a review as the fall 2021 students did. There were two nominally identical lecture sections. Generally, the section 2 recordings are better but I have included both. The lecture materials link contains the lecture slides plus computer files that may include Matlab, Mathematica, and LTSpice files used in the lecture examples. The major topics from each live lecture are found in the table below.
