Image reconstruction toolbox: MRI software
The
image reconstruction toolbox
contains many algorithms for MRI,
including the following.
-
NUFFT code that performs fast and accurate
nonuniform FFT
computations.
This is useful for MRI with non-Cartesian sampling.
-
Regularized estimation of field maps.
-
Regularized estimation of sensitivity maps.
-
Methods for magnetic resonance (MR) image reconstruction,
including compensation for off-resonance effects
(field inhomogeneity, susceptibility, etc.).
-
Image reconstruction methods for parallel MRI (SENSE),
both Cartesian and non-Cartesian.
-
Iterative methods for "compressed sensing" MRI,
i.e., reconstruction from under-sampled data
using regularizers based on sparsity.
-
Methods for MR RF pulse design,
including
MRI spectral-spatial pulse design
for phase-precompensatory slice selection
