Welcome to my personal website!

My name is Chen Jiang and I am currently a PhD student in the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering at Cornell University. I work in the Ultra-high-speed Nonlinear Integrated Circuits Lab (UNIC) under the advisement of Professor Ehsan Afshari. Starting from July 2016, I'm also a visiting scholar in the Department of Electrical Engineering and Computer Science at University of Michigan, Ann Arbor.

The major focus of my doctral research is about exploring the new capabilities of terahertz electronics. Basically, it includes:

Umich_logo July 2016: I have moved to University of Michigan as a visiting scholar to continue my research with Prof. Afshari. Excited about my new life in Ann Arbor.
RFIC2016 Feburary 2016: My paper entitled "An efficient 210GHz compact harmonic oscillator with 1.4dBm peak output power and 10.6% tuning range in 130nm BiCMOS" has been accepted to RFIC 2016!

The paper is also selected as one of the finalists for the best student paper awards!
ISSCC October 2015: My paper entitled "A 320GHz subharmonic-mixing coherent imager in 0.13µm SiGe BiCMOS" has been accepted to ISSCC 2016!

The paper is also highlighted in the ISSCC 2016 press kit!
ISSCC October 2014: My paper (2nd author) entitled "A 320 GHz phase-locked transmitter with 3.3 mW radiated power and 22.5 dBm EIRP for heterodyne THz imaging systems" has been accepted to ISSCC 2015!

The paper is also highlighted in the ISSCC 2015 press kit!
