Web Surfing Opportunities

Interested in earning some cash while using the internet? Consider participating in any or all of the following opportunities which pay you for surfing the web or for simply being online (each program works differently and has a different payment structure). Membership is free in all cases and you can quit any time you want. Currently, only the first 6 or so sites are actually paying -- the other sites have not yet released their ad programs. However, join now and you can start adding referrals immediately to increase the amount you are paid in the future.

If you were to pick only one of the following, go with AllAdvantage. My other recommendations are Spedia, GetPaid4, and UtopiAD. In fact, I run these four at the same time!

AllAdvantage	Get paid 50 cents/hr for running an advertisement viewbar at the bottom of your screen while you browse the web. Internet Explorer 4.02 or higher must be installed for the viewbar to work (you can continue to use your preferred browser to surf the web). You can earn up to a maximum of 25 hours per month.
Spedia	Get paid approximately 50 cents/hr for running an advertisement viewbar at the bottom of your screen. Very similar to AllAdvantage, but this viewbar is a bit longer (displays 2 ads at a time). In addition, you can also get paid for playing games and receiving commercial email from their sponsors. Viewbar works with both Netscape and IE.
GetPaid4	Get paid approximately 55 cents/hr for running an advertisement viewbar at the bottom of your screen (they guarantee 70% of revenue). However, unlike most of the others, this program allows you to get paid for doing anything on your computer, as long as you are using your mouse and connected to the internet! You can earn up to a maximum of 75 hours per month. Because you can accumulate more time per month and earn money for doing anything on your computer and not just for browsing the web, you are required to click on 0.5 to 5% of ads displayed on your viewbar (simply click on an ad every so often) to maintain active status. They are still in beta-test, and thus sometimes you can't log in.
UtopiAD	Here is another ad var which does not require you to be surfing the net. It also does not require you to click on the ads. Instead, there is a countdown timer on the bar and every few minutes, you must pass your mouse over the ad bar to reset the timer to continue getting paid. Because they don't require you to click on ads, the payout is less (40% of revenues) than getpiad4 above. But then again, it's less work on your part. You can also opt-in on advertising email and get paid when they email you an ad. Currently, adbars are not given out immediately. It may take a couple of months after signing up before you will receive your ad bar
AllCommunity	Get paid to receive email advertisements. In the future, you will also be able to be paid to surf the web.
GoToWorld	Use their custom web browser with ads (which is really just Internet Explorer with a modified front-end) to surf the net. Or you can turn their browser into an advertisement window and then surf the net with your own browser.
SendMoreInfo	Get paid to receive email advertisements.
DesktopDollars	Get paid 50 cents/hr for running an advertisement viewbar at the bottom of your screen. Web surfing not required! However, their current viewbar cannot be moved -- it blocks part of the screen if you use any resolution besides 800x600. Accounts may take 30 minutes to activate.
Desktop Horizon	Receive "Desktop Horizon Credit Dollars" to keep an ad banner running on your windows desktop. These credits can be used to purchase products and services on their web site for lower prices than anywhere else.
DotAd	Unlike other companies' ad banners, DotAd's small banner pops up every 5 minutes for only 15 seconds.
ePIPO	Standalone application, so it will run with both Internet Explorer and Netscape Navigator.
It Ads Up	Standalone application which is active whenever you are online. Web browser does not have to be in use!
SurfAd	Standalone ad bar at the bottom of the screen. Pops up automatically when you sign onto the net. Compatible with both Internet Explorer and Netscape Navigator.
ValuePay	Ad banner displays in the top right corner of unused browser window space.
BePaid	BePaid pays you to watch full screen ads on your screen. Watching these ads interrupts your work,but you will get paid between 20 cents to a dollar, and you can be selective about which ads to watch.
