I forgot to say that this occurs when using JES 3.06 with Areo Glass theme in Vista.
There is no such of this problem with JES 2.16 because Vista changes its theme back to basic theme itself while running JES 2.16. But, Vista doesn't do the same thing with JES 3

fileChooser, pickAFile, setMediaPath, "Open" function won't work with any theme except Metal [default one] in Windows Vista (all versions)

I did find one more bug. Does this ring a bell? I was entering some code into the editor window – in the middle of several windows-worth of code – and the entered code started being echoed at the end of the line above the entry point as well as in the correct place. I scrolled up and down again. No change. Repeated this a couple of times (and maybe loaded the code?), and the duplicated code disappeared. I couldn't reproduce this. – alexr

Occasionally, writePictureTo has been known to produce 0-byte files. We're not sure why this is. (maybe fixed in recent versions? is this reproducible?) – alexr
