Paper Ideas
A place to write down some ideas for papers:
- Matthew Brown (dissertation with Danny Edelson) said that teachers are off-loaders, adaptors, or improvisors. What are faculty as teachers? Do they ever reflect to do it better next time? What about in classes where they don't teach often?
- MediaComp is "pulling back layers of an onion" (e.g., from command area to program functions to dot-notation) in a way such that each level is natural, authentic, and honest (nothing hidden). Is there a general set of design guidelines for doing this in different fields?
