Mr. Willie Andrew Haynes Jr
I am the Technology Education Instructor for Jenkins County High School. Currently I serve as Athletic Director, Head JV Boys basketball coach, Assistant Boys basketball coach, and assistant football coach.
I serve on the Jenkins County High School Council. I am the President of GITEA(GA Industrial Technology Educators Association). I was the 2005 GA High School Technology Education Teacher of Excellence as recognized by ITEA(International Technology Educator Association). I was the 2001 and 2002 Jenkins County School System Teacher of the Year. I completed the NASA Educators' Workshop at Stennis Space Center in Mississippi.

MY PHILOSOPHY OF TEACHING
Teaching encompasses an understanding of multiple modalities. Students perform to the expectation of their instructors and administrators. Every child can succeed if provided with an enviroment that is warm, nurturing, safe, and structured.
