The workshop will take place in the Klaus Advanced Computing Building, Room 2456. It is for current 4th-6th grade students. This workshop will be $30 per person. Please park in the State Street Parking lot which is free on weekends.

Description
Telepresence Robotics - broadcast yourself! In this workshop students will explore how to create robotic devices that react to commands broadcasted from an Andriod Phone. Students will design and build a robot that reacts to remote commands to complete a task. Telepresence represents a growing field in robotics where the elements of remote control, mechanics, and video broadcasting combine to allow the user to explore and interact in distant environments via a remote device.
