Exploring Wonderland Webinars - Spring 2011

Barbara Ericson will be offering a series of webinars on the Exploring Wonderland book that uses both Alice and Media Computation in Java to teach CS1 material (or AP CS A material) on Wednesdays and Fridays from 1-2pm EST. We are going through the slides for the book which are posted at http://home.cc.gatech.edu/TeaParty/342. The web site is protected so people will need to e-mail ericson@cc.gatech.edu to get the key to the site. There are also materials that go with an AP CS A class that used the book at http://home.cc.gatech.edu/TeaParty/55.

To participate all you need is an internet connection and a browser. Just go to https://sas.elluminate.com/m.jnlp?password=M.B66DCFFCF381C2569130E6A5FCD7AF&sid=2009238 to start. The recordings of the webinars are at http://home.cc.gatech.edu/TeaParty/460. E-mail Barbara Ericson ericson@cc.gatech.edu for the key for access.

There are no webinars the week of April 4th. We will begin again the week of April 11th, 2011.
