What makes a good teacher:
- Extensive knowledge of the subject
- Reflection: what worked and what didn't
- The belief that all kids can learn and give the ample time to learn it (revise assignments)
What each team should discuss:
- Classroom details (how many kids, what is the configuration of the room, when and where is the class, etc)
- Classroom management - how will you handle problems
- Lesson plans - who is teaching what
- Grading - who will grade what
