March 4th, 2010 Cool Computing Day - high schools
We had 301 students attend from 17 schools.
Registration for this event is closed. There is currently a waiting list for this event
Cool Computing Day will be from 9:15am - 1:30pm (sign-in starts at 8:45am) on Thursday March 4th. There will be a raffle for prizes. We will give away some cool items such as I-Pods and GPS. We will have a student panel, corporate panel, research demos, a talk about the future of computing, and lunch. Some groups will be asked to be part of a focus group on attitudes towards computing. Each participant will also receive a t-shirt.
The limit of students per school is 30. The registration due date is Monday, February 22, 2010.
