FinalExam Review Spring2006: Explain the Sort

Questions? Answers? Comments? Comments on Questions or Answers?

Time to guess answers!

A. I guess because at position==0, it compares elements at index 0 to nothing, and it has to be compared to another element for the method to work?

B. At Position A, events with larger times are being set one place above where they originally were. Then the place where they are being set is changed by subtracting one from it.

C.They have all one less than they originally were. Which I guess would help answer part A.....

So...is anything right here? I was kinda just guessing......

Looks right to me. Though I would say for C that since it goes step by step, every element is in its correct spot

I figured for C you could just say that from 0 to position everything is in the correct order from least to greatest. Is that right?
