Parking
Parking is at the lower half of the double block in the middle with California Dreaming and Green's, between Main and Assembly, north of Catawba.
Go north (toward the State House from California Dreaming) and the beige half-block below the letters "UTS" in "UTS Annex" is a parking garage. It should be 5 dollars for the day. There is also parking on the street, some of it metered for five hours at a time.

Directions to the Building
Swearingen Center is on Assembly Street
It’s a three-story grey concrete building modeled, it would seem, after prison architecture. If you go south from the state house on Main Street or on Assembly Street, we are just across the railroad tracks from California Dreaming (on Main Street) or Green’s Liquors (on Assembly Street). We are one block south of Blossom, with the corner of Blossom and Assembly being where the old Coliseum and the new fitness center are.

If you go in the Assembly Street entrance, go up the first main stairwell you see to the third floor. You will then be looking at the department office for Electrical Engineering. If you go down the smaller hallway around the EE dept office, you will walk into my office and be right there at 3A75.

If you go in the main entrance that is at an angle to Main Street, go right to find the stairway, and follow the previous instructions.

If you happen to get to the top of the stairs and are staring not at the EE department office but at the Dean’s office for the college, then you are at the wrong end of the long hallway.
