Registration List for November 10 App Inventor Workshop

App Inventor is a tile based programming environment similar to Scratch that allows students to create “apps” for Android based devices.

Topics to Cover:
Designing a Game for the “Small Screen” (Mobile Device)
Moving Objects
Conditional Statements
Variables and Scoring

A total of 40 middle school students (6th - 8th graders) can participate in this event. This event will take place on Georgia Tech's campus from 1 p.m. - 4 p.m. in Clough Commons, room 423. Email directions to Clough Commons will be sent out to everyone.

Before the students arrive you should sign them into the laptops using e-mail address and survey number found on their name tags. When they enter the room they will be ready to take the Pre survey.
