In this class we will study computer careers, history of computers, hardware and software, networking, web design, and lastly beginning programing using Scratch.

All About Me!

Welcome to my site. My name is Chad Bennett. I am a Business Education teacher at Flowery Branch High School. Besides teaching, I also coach football at Flowery Branch where I am the varsity defensive line coach and head JV coach. I just completed my 7th year of teaching.

I am currently working towards my Specialist degree in Teaching and Learning: Exemplary Teaching. I received my undergraduate degree from North Georgia College and State University in Finance. I then went to the University of Georgia and received my Masters degree with initial certification in Business Education.

Personally, I am married to my wife, Emily. She and I have now been married for almost 9 years. We have one dog that is a cocker spaniel and his name is Samson. I am a life-long resident of Hall County located in Northeast Georgia which is home to Lake Lanier. Beside teaching and coaching, I enjoy going trout fishing, working in my yard, playing golf, and watching sports.
