Zhengzheng Wu received his B.S. degree from Fudan University, Shanghai, China, in 2005, and his M.S. degree from Shanghai Institute of Microsystem and Information Technology, Chinese Academy of Sciences, in 2009, both in Microelectronics. He received his Ph.D. degree in electrical engineering from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor in 2014. He is the recipient of the Rackham International Student Fellowship (2010) and the best poster award at the Transducers conference (2013). He has worked on a number of project including the DARPA TIMU and the NASA project on chip-scale clocks. His research interests are RF MEMS, integrated RF passives, MEMS-CMOS integration, and RF circuits. He is currently at Qualcomm.
