AARC Club Merchandise

Ordering Details: For most items, planning is necessary on your part! Manufacturers typically require minimum orders (varying from 6 to 9 items) with a 4 to 6 week lead time! Unfortunately, we cannot just order one item and get it to you the next week. We organize group orders periodically, so look for them in the Weekly Catch.
Exceptions: Items that are relatively inexpensive, such as caps and water bottles, the club can afford to keep in stock. All you have to do is email us to confirm availability, arrange payment, and we'll deliver your item to the boathouse. Other items, such as the racing jackets (i.e., splash jackets), which cost around $140 depending on options, we keep very few in stock, like one or two. It's worth contacting us to see if we have one you would like, but it is best not to count on it. Payment Process The club does not accept checks for club merchandise. Only payment by credit card through Club Express is allowed. [Cash is accepted for small purchases, such as decals.] How to Order Email your merchandise chairs at aarcmerchandise@gmail.com. Give us as much detail as you can on size, etc. You will receive an email reply instructing you to logon to the Ann Arbor Rowing Club's Web Site (http://www.a2crew.com/) and make payment through Club Express, just as you do now for paying club dues and regatta fees. When you make payment, Club Express sends you a confirmation email. You need to forward a copy of the email to us at aarcmerchandise@gmail.com so that your merchandise team knows that payment has been made. This will also prompt a response to arrange delivery of your purchase. If you do not forward a copy of your receipt, we have no way of knowing that you have made payment and we will not arrange to deliver your goods. Your cooperation is appreciated. One final detail: if your email address is not up to date on the club web site, then you will not receive your notice to make payment, delaying delivery of your purchase. |

J&L Long- and Short-Sleeved Workout Shirts: Both long-sleeved and short-sleeved dry-wick shirts in white that are perfect to wear during a morning workout. J&L Vest: If you do not have the white workout shirt, then you may want the white workout vest! The coach can see you and others can see you! The vest comes in men's and women's sizes, as well two options on lining: mesh or fleece. Not approved club apparel for races. Long Sleeve Racing Shirt: Official AARC racing shirt for cool weather months. Made of 83% drytech and 17% lycra, it is close fitting but does not bind in the arms. AARC Logo on the front and a small RS logo (for Regatta Sport) on the back. Pricing: $40.00 plus shipping and handling, depending on size of order (Price can be higher with small orders). Splash Jacket: The official AARC jacket is the "Sequel" by JL. There are many options: see J&L's Web Site. The base jacket has 1/4 front zip similar to past club jackets, but you can also order a full front zip jacket (i.e. no need to lift over your head to remove). Individuals can also have front pockets or not, and an option for a back zippered pocket (would be nice for keys, phone, water bottle). When contacting your merchandise team, it is important to specify your options. We are happy to discuss these with you. Pricing: If ordered in groups of 9 or more, the base price for a Sequel jacket (¼ front zip, no pockets, but does include silk screening and logo) will be approximately $105 [does not include shipping]. Options are priced as follows: full zip (add $14) back zip pocket (add $10) front zip pockets (add $17) Hence, a fully loaded jacket would be $145. There are other options if you are interested.
