Group Project Effort Form

Turn in one copy by the deadline given on the course information.
Include as the last page (like an appendix) to your project report.

Purpose
To have each group evaluate member contributions.

Remarks
Some variation in individual effort by group members is expected.
As stated in the project guidelines, members of a group will not
necessarily be given the same grade for their project.
