This page allows access to part of the source code for ASPIRE.
To download, look at, or use this source code,
you must agree to use it only
for non-commercial purposes.
If you use it more than once,
you must let me know that you are using it,
both so that you can be informed about upgrades,
and to help me renew my grants.
You must not distribute the software to anyone else,
and you must take reasonable precautions
to prevent unintended copying,
and you must keep the copyright notice in the files.
Dynamic libraries allow you
to add your own system model
or regularization method
into ASPIRE!
These IO routines can read a variety of formats
including AVS .fld files, Matlab .mat files,
and some CTI PET scan files.
