Below is the final evaluation of how your team-mates did. You will rate them on two scales. Make sure you evaluate your team over the entire course of the quarter. The first is how much effort everyone put in. The second (next page) is how cooperative people were.
These are due by the time you turn in your final report. You should hand them in individually into Professor Ackerman’s mailbox on the 4th floor (top left-hand mailbox as you face the mailboxes). If you are concerned about confidentiality, you should put this in an envelope, or slip it under his door (ICS2-208).
