Low Power Analog Circuits. Including low power bandgap voltage reference, ESD structure and amplifier.
I am currently working on low power amplifier including:
Reducing the power consumption of the ECG processor by optimize the power consumption across the analog and digital block.
General Technique to Trade-off between Bandwidth and Noise:
Developing the multiple chopper technique for the amplifier to generally build a trade-off between bandwidth and noise for amplifier.
Research on reducing low power audio amplifier by using new developed circuit technology and MEMs microphone.
